Architecture
At uxdesignloft, we treat personal data with the same structural integrity as our interface code. This policy outlines our protocols for data sovereignty, user agency, and the technical boundaries of our digital studio operations in London.
Intentional Collection
01. Direct Communication Data
When you engage with our studio via the Connect portal or direct email, we collect specific identity markers: full name, corporate email address, and project requirements. This information is used strictly to establish project feasibility and maintain professional correspondence. We do not utilize this data for unsolicited marketing sequences.
02. Technical Telemetry
To ensure the performance of uxdesignloft.world, we record anonymized technical metadata. This includes IP address (truncated), browser architecture, and timestamped interaction patterns. We analyze this to optimize our site’s structural efficiency and UX performance across diverse hardware in the UK and European tech markets.
03. Project Meta-Assets
For clients undergoing a Design Audit or full-scale Studio engagement, we may handle internal proprietary data. Such data is governed by specific Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) which supersede this general policy.
Retention
Logic
"Data that serves no purpose is design debt. We purge it systematically."
6 Months
Initial inquiries and design audit requests that do not transition into active contracts are scrubbed from our primary communication servers after half a year.
7 Years
Financial records, signed contracts, and project milestones are retained for UK statutory tax and legal compliance periods before secure destruction.
30 Days
Server logs and analytics snapshots are rotated monthly to ensure minimal long-term storage of temporary user metadata.
Infrastructure Dependencies
We operate on a lean architectural stack. We do not sell data to third-party brokers. Data transit only occurs with vetted service providers necessary for the studio's digital reach.

Sovereignty of Individual Data
You may request that we cease processing your personal data at any moment. While this may affect our ability to provide certain services (like bespoke audits), your right to privacy remains absolute.
Under UK GDPR, you are entitled to a structured readout of the information we hold about you. We issue these reports within 30 calender days of a verified request.
Accuracy is a hallmark of our design and our data. Should your information change or be recorded incorrectly, we will update it immediately upon notification.
We support your right to be forgotten. Upon request, we will expunge your contact footprint from our active databases, barring information required for ongoing financial compliance.
Contact Agency
Direct your inquiries regarding data protection, access requests, or policy clarification to our London studio. We aim for transparency in every dialogue.
